Reflection on courage
When will expands, courage is experienced. When maintained, it flows into joy or presence.

The urge to hold onto will, or resist shifting into joy or presence, habituates held courage into patterns of control. Control patterns generate requiring hunger for embedded experiences of empty self. This includes conscious awareness (self-consciousness) and the challenges of craziness and morality (in self or other).
