In noticing reactionary states of gluttony, including any irrational need for shame (or shaming), I examine possessive ownership and approval.
In facing unfelt wrongedness, I participate through self-aware shame, that is, awareness of tensions over satisfaction vs. discontent and an enhanced capacity for satisfaction through both acquisition and sustenance.
