Reflection on despair
In aiming to clarify vision, I notice despair arises to influence doubt in others. Thus despair tests doubt and also excludes the influence of some.

In noticing reactionary states of doubt, including any irrational need for despair (or to cause despair), I examine dogma and promises.

In facing unfelt disorientation, I participate through self-aware despair, that is, awareness of tensions over real vs. unreal and an enhanced capacity for experiencing the real through both disciplined activity and inquiry.
